A house from the first decade of the 20 century, without necessarily good adaptations over time, needed extensive rehabilitation. The exercise went through a typological adaptation without decharacterizing the pattern of the building plus an entire brand new infrastructure sewn with the pre-existing. The project was completed in the course of construction with all the unexpected discoveries that were revealed day by day. The woodcarving work was maintained with local artisans, the plaster moldings were replicated, the use of noble stones located in the spaces where they once existed.
The architecture was made in a combination of surprises/details tailored to the needs.
